New Baby Card using Punch Bunch

Happy Monday!
Just returned from lunch out with my lovely
husband - who says romance is dead!!??!!
Here is a card I made yesterday for a friend who
gave birth to her second son last week.
I used the Welcome Baby stamp from the Punch Bunch
which is still free if you spend £45 during Sale-a-bration
but hurry the offer ends next Monday on 28th February!

I've used the speciality papers from the Nursery Suite.

That's all for a while

Just Believe and Because I Care!

OOPS!!! Again! I've been very busy this week getting ready
to go into hospital on Tuesday for a knee replacement!!!
Not looking forward to it but it needs doing.
I have found time to do some crafting and here are the 2 cards
we made at our local Craft Club here on Thursday evening.
This first one is very similar to one we made at our big Training Day
at the end of January.

It uses the Just Believe stamp set, Basic Black and Whisper White card
and a paper from the Lap of Luxury DSP Pack.

And here is the arty farty angle!

The second card uses the Because I Care Hostess Level 1 stamp set,
Whisper White and Old Olive card and one of the papers from the
Brights Paper Stack. I've used the Colour Spritzer Tool to splatter
ink from a Marker Pen on the card! More about that later.

And here is the arty farty angle.
That's all for now as the ironing beckons!!!

Happy Birthday Linda

Well it has started - the year of the BIG 6 - 0!!!!
It's my big birthday in May but my friend Linda is the first of the bunch
of this year's big birthdays.
Here is the card I have made for her.
I used the C0lour Coach for inspiration and chose Rich Razzleberry,
Pretty in Pink and Early Espresso.
I teamed the Vintage Vogue with the Bliss stamp set.

Here is the arty farty angle.

Happy Birthday to anyone celebrating this weekend - oops! must
post my brother's card as it's his birthday on Sunday!
That's all for now

Happy Birthday Gemma

Oops! Didn't realise it was THAT long since I last posted!!!
Well here's the card I sent off yesterday to another SU Demonstrator.
Happy Birthday Gemma for the 9th!

I had a "blue" fest with this card - Night of Navy, Marina Mist and
design papers from the Blueberry Crisp pack. I used the following stamps:
- En Francais, Broadsheet Alphabet and the butterfly is from the free
Sale-a-bration set Bliss (free when you spend £45).

And here's the arty farty angle!
Gemma, you share your birthday with my husband, Pete, so
I'm never going to forget it, am I?!

Hopeful Thoughts

Just finished all the paper work for a Workshop I did this morning
at the lovely Julie's in Bingley - thank you to everyone for their orders.
I'll show you the card we made as our "Make & Take" next time.
This is a card I made yesterday for my hairdresser, Sarah, who lost her grandma
last week. The funeral was today - hope everything went well.

I used the lovely Hopeful Thoughts stamp set with Basic Black,
Sahara Sand and Whisper White.
That's all for now

Swaps

Hi - as promised here are the fabulous swaps I received at the
Training Day on Saturday. As you have probably guessed
the theme was romance.
This first picture shows swaps from Shaza, Allie, Julie,
Anthea, Jill, Lynda and Angela.

The second picture shows swaps from my Jules, K, Julie,
Gemma, Kate and Becki.
And last of all this super card and little box, which contains a
heart shaped chocolate, from Evelyn.

Thank you girls for your swaps
