Table Presents

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and didn't eat too much!!!
We spent 3 days at my sister-in-law's, had a wonderful time and
ate too much!!! Now it's back to it.
Today I have been getting ready for New Year's Eve.
We are going to friends in the Lake District and I'm doing
table presents. This is what I've come up with for the ladies -
a box in black and cream or cream and black!
I've used the Trim Border and the Ornament
punches and some Gold Elastic Cord .
Here are the 2 different variations.
Happy crafting

Christmas Cracker and Night Light

Tomorrow evening my friends and neighbours craft club meets.
It will be sherry and mince pies and a bit of crafting too!!!
We are going to make this cracker (designed by my SU baby, Jules)
using Serene Snowflakes stamp set, Real Red ink and the Real Red
Polka Dot ribbon from the Christmas Bundle and Whisper White card.

Then using the same stamp set and ink we are going to make this
Christmas Night Light using Velum and the Eyelet Border punch.
This is CASED from SU Demo Angela!
For safety the light is one of those battery operated flickering lights!

Hopefully we will make a card aswell - more of that later

Today's card is made using the lovely Pocket Silhouette stamp set

Snow and Cards!

Another pretty day out there now that it has stopped snowing!!!
This was the view this morning when I drew back the curtains
(we live in a first floor apartment in a mill conversion).
The mill dam has now been frozen for 2 weeks as the ducks know to
their cost - there have been lots of belly landings!!!

Right - some cards.
Being housebound yesterday I had a fab day crafting.
I made 18 cards!!!
Here are 2 of them. Both are gate fold or as the latest edition of
"impressions" calls it double door fold cards.
Both are made using Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Very Vanillia card
and papers from Christmas Jingle and Jolly Holiday DPS. I've also used
the Season of Joy stamp set and Satin Ribbon - Old Olive and Very Vanilla.

Here they are both together.

More tomorrow so keep safe and warm

Like lots of other people I have been housebound today because of
the white stuff! So it's been card heaven or card mayhem here today
- depending who you are!!!
Made lots of cards so I've no excuse not to post every day!!
Until next time
